Minor improvements to the samples docu (#372)

* fix Capire URL for Fiori

* bring Fiori notes in line with tour notes

* make sentence more readable

* be explicit about Node.js LTS

This is because earlier versions of Node.js come with earlier versions
of npm, but npm version 8 is requires for the monorepo package features
in this repo.
